It's Just A Belief!

I get that question all the time! How will I know… :)
First, there are 3 ways we change.

Spontaneously
Gradually
Retroactively

Then, the sequence is your beliefs create your emotions, who create your actions, who create your life.
When your beliefs have changed and you have created new neural path you will notice it by:
1- ‘’ Knowing & Feeling’’ Ex: I know I am enough, I know love is available to me, I know I am competent, I feel lighter, I feel free, I feel strong etc.
2- Acting differently. Here you have a comparison point, before, I was reacting this way, I was talking this way, I was behaving this way etc and now it is very different. In similar situations, same people, events etc you react and act differently.
3- New behaviors. Here things are new. You start painting, take a horseback riding class, register to university, start a business. You are creating new things in your life, attracting new people and situations etc.
In the course of the work we will do together all the 3 ways we change may present themselves and the 3 kinds of changes can also present themselves.
