In this episode, I offer a light hypnotic experience to explore a limiting belief under the lens of an exercise I learned in my anxiety training with the Beck Institute.
Keep these questions handy:

What is the situation?
What am I thinking, what am I imagining?
How does it make me feel? Sad? Anxious? Angry? Helpless?
What tells me that this thought is true or totally true?
What tells me that it is not totally true or potentially false?
In what other way can I look at this situation?
What is the worst thing that could happen? What will I do if this thing happens?
What is the best thing that could happen?
What is the most likely scenario?
If I change this thought to a more positive one, what might happen?
What thought can I change this thought to?
