In this episode, I give you tips on how to leverage 2 moments where you are naturally under hypnosis; just before you fall asleep and just before you are fully awake. Those 2 ‘’ in between’’ moments are perfect to set yourself for the gift of the day or the gift of the night.
Whether you ask your brilliant mind to help you find solutions or you vividly are setting an objective, a vision etc. you can use those 2 moments where you are naturally under hypnosis to create the life you want!
Try to be conscious of those moments and practice, practice, practice !
